01 / Who you’re dealing with

Earn The Weekend (ETW) is operated by Sean McMahon. In these terms, “ETW”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sean McMahon operating Earn The Weekend. “You” means the person using this website or arranging a session. Contact: EarnTheWeekend@outlook.com.

These terms apply to earntheweekend.co and individual sessions arranged through ETW. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable and take priority over any inconsistent provision. Browsing the site is subject to the website-use provisions; paid services are subject to the terms provided when your booking is confirmed.

02 / What the sessions are

ETW offers private conversations drawing on Sean’s lived experience of routine, discipline, setbacks, performance, family, career and life beyond sport. The service is personal perspective and discussion, not a regulated professional advisory service.

Sessions are not medical care, psychological treatment, therapy, financial advice, legal advice or an emergency service. Do not use them as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services.

No particular performance, wellbeing, career or financial outcome is promised. You remain responsible for your decisions. This does not limit your right to receive the service with the care and skill required by applicable law.

03 / Enquiries and booking confirmation

Sending an enquiry or creating an account does not reserve a session, create a confirmed booking or take a payment. Availability, the selected package, the session time, time zone, video arrangements and payment instructions will be confirmed directly by email before you proceed.

Read the confirmation carefully and raise any discrepancy before paying. Any changes to package scope or timing must be agreed. Sessions are arranged around Sean’s professional playing commitments; a change to a confirmed session is handled under the Refund Policy.

Provide accurate contact details and tell us if they change. If you are not legally able to enter an agreement yourself, a parent, guardian or other authorised person must arrange the service on your behalf where local law permits.

04 / Packages, prices and payment

Package scope and launch prices are shown on the Individual Sessions page. Prices are in US dollars (USD), not Australian dollars. Your booking confirmation will identify the total payable and any applicable taxes or fees before you commit. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or other fees outside ETW’s control.

A package includes only the sessions, outline and check-ins expressly listed for that package. Check-ins are brief messages, not unlimited or on-demand support. Delivery arrangements are confirmed with the booking.

Payment is arranged through the instructions supplied for your confirmed booking. Do not send card details by email or through the enquiry form. Price changes apply to future bookings, not an already confirmed price. Cancellation and refund rights are set out in the Refund Policy.

05 / Taking part

You are responsible for joining at the agreed time and having a working device, internet connection and private place suitable for a video conversation. Tell us promptly if a connection issue arises so an appropriate solution can be discussed.

Treat Sean and anyone involved in delivering the service respectfully. Do not use the service for harassment, threats, unlawful conduct or requests for inappropriate professional advice. A session may be paused or ended where safety or serious misconduct requires it; any refund decision remains subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

Neither participant should record, distribute or publish a session or the other person’s private messages without express prior consent. ETW sessions do not create a legally privileged relationship. Avoid sharing confidential information about other people without their permission.

06 / Accounts and website use

Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. A customer account does not provide administrator access or independently confirm a booking.

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code or collect personal information from the site without permission. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the service or address misuse.

07 / Content and intellectual property

Website text, brand elements and materials supplied for sessions belong to their respective rights holders. You may view the website and use materials supplied to you for your own personal purposes. Do not commercially reproduce, resell, redistribute or present them as your own without permission, except where applicable law allows.

You retain your rights in information you submit. Providing a message allows ETW to use it to respond to the enquiry or deliver the agreed service, not to publish it as a testimonial. Separate permission should be obtained before any identifiable customer story is used publicly.

08 / Personal information and third-party services

The Privacy Policy explains information submitted through this website, accounts and session enquiries, and how to raise a privacy request. Only provide information you are comfortable sharing and that is relevant to your enquiry.

External payment, email or video services may be used when arranging a session. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. External links are provided for convenience and are not a guarantee of third-party content or availability.

09 / Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, statutory remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes Australian Consumer Law where it applies and mandatory protections in other applicable jurisdictions.

ETW remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. ETW does not promise uninterrupted website access or accept responsibility for third-party failures beyond its reasonable control to the extent permitted by law. No provision excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes remedies for a service that is not provided as agreed.

10 / Questions, complaints and changes

Please send questions or complaints to EarnTheWeekend@outlook.com, with the relevant booking details and the resolution you are seeking. We will consider the issue and respond; you remain free to seek independent advice or use an applicable consumer regulator, dispute body or court.

These terms do not select an exclusive court or remove protections available where you live. Applicable law determines jurisdiction. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date; material changes to an existing confirmed booking require agreement or must otherwise be permitted by law.
